Socially Yours’ Policies

Cancellations:

Orders placed and not yet processed may be cancelled but will incur a $15.00

Charge.  The cancellation charge will be deducted from the refund amount that was

originally charged. 

Changes:

Errors or changes submitted after an order has been placed will incur a $10.00 change fee if the order has been processed but not yet printed.

If you have not approved your proof minor changes may be made at no charge.

All orders will not be printed until final proof approval has been received.

If you order has been printed and you have changes please contact us for re-print charges.

Returns:

All sales are final.  Because of cusotmization there are no returns authorized.

If you have any concerns about your order after receipt please contact us immediately.

No issues will be addressed by Socially Yours after 7 days calendar days of delivery.

Service Fee:

We are happy to help you if placing your order over the phone is what you desire.

All orders placed directly with us by phone and not on the website will then be 

entered into the website by us with the information supplied by the customer.

A $12.00 Service Fee will be added to all orders placed in this manner.
