WHAT IS THERMOGRAPHY PRINTING?

 

Color thermography printing utilizes heat and resin powder to achieve “raised” lettering.  The shiny raised printing is a high-end finish for the perfect social stationery card.

 

WILL I SEE A PROOF WHEN I ORDER?

 

You will not have access to an “instant” proof at time of ordering.  Each of our cards are so unique in design that our in-house specialist design your wording to fit the card of your choice.  You will receive a proof for your approval before we print your job.

 

IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR A PROOF?

 

Every order receives a proof at no extra charge.  This ensures that your order is printed just the way you want it.  There is a nominal fee of $5.00 for proofs in additional font choices.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN  A RESPONSE SET AND A RECEPTION  CARD?

 

A response set is a card to be returned to the sender with information about attending and/or meal choices.  It includes a printed card as well as an envelope with a return address to be mailed back to the host/hostess of the event.  A reception card is a single enclosure card which is informational only, ie reception following, directions, or at home information.  There is no envelope with a reception/enclosure card.

 

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

 

All orders will ship priority mail unless overnight service is requested and then Federal Express will be used.  International shipments will be arranged with order confirmation.

 

CAN I ORDER MY CARD PRINTED WITH TWO COLORS?

 

Yes all cards may be printed with two colors except the vellum overlay items.  There is an extra minimal charge for two colors.

 

CAN I USE TWO DIFFERENT FONTS ON MY CARDS?

 

Yes you may choose two fonts and there is no extra charge.

 

CAN I ORDER SAMPLES?

 

We are happy to mail two samples at no charge.

 

CAN I GET MY ENVELOPES IN ADVANCE OF MY ORDER?

 

We will ship advance envelopes for a $25 charge plus freight.  Return address print would also be an extra charge.   The $25 will be credited to you at the time of ordering your card selection.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A NOTECARD AND A THANK YOU?

 

A notecard is a folded card that may be personalized with a name or used blank.  A thank you is the same notecard however it is pre-printed in black with the words “thank you” on the front.  The thank you cards are printed in flat lettering.

You may call our customer specialists for assistance during our office hours.  Our toll free number is 1-877-“INVITING” (468-4846).  Our office hours are M-F 8AM – 4PM PST.  You may also contact us 24/7 via email sales@sociallyyours.com.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

You will have a proof within 24 hours of ordering.  After proof approval we print and ship your order within 24 hours…usually same day.   Large orders or assembly orders may take an additional 24 hours in-house. We pride ourselves on a very fast turn-around for your order!  The design of your cards and printing is all done in-house at our facility.
